LOAN PROGRAMS

The PHCH Multi-Purpose Cooperative grants for its members a variety of loan opportunities and regularly reviews these services in order to analyze the (cost) effectiveness of availing any service to its members. 

A member may avail a maximum amount of P5,000 using any of the four programs-business, regular loan, rice loan or contingency loan. A loan may be made in combination of the four (4) types.

PURPOSES
1. Assists the needs of the Christian members in the community with their various family, ministry and community needs.
2. Provides seed money for members with business skills in starting their own small-scale business.
3. Supply low cost rice to PHCH-MPC members as the basic and primary need of their families.

Note: Capital Build-up is the borrowers' savings account at PHCH-MPC every time they availed our loan services. This Capital Build-up is withdrawable on a definite period of time specified at the PHCH-MPC Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
